Rooms

Note that the only sleeping options for this event are to stay in the on-site hotel rooms or at another nearby hotel. Indoor sleeping rooms and camping are not available (please see the full announcement for details) and you may not sleep in the LAN hall or in any other shared space in the venue. 

We have negotiated discounted bed and breakfast rates for the event.

To access the discounted rate, you must book through our accomodation partners at Accomodations UK. Discounted rates may be limited and are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Note that the deadline for initial discounted rooms has passed and any further discounted rooms are at the discretion of the hotel and booking partner. 

You should not book your accomodation until you have secured your event ticket. Note that EPIC.LAN is not responsible for your accomodation bookings and you should satisfy yourselves with any cancellation terms prior to booking, particularly around the impact of any COVID restrictions.
