We have two smaller, air-conditioned private room for a clan or community to create their own atmosphere:

• Longstone - 24 Participants
• Bamburgh - 18 Participants

There are two ways of booking a clan room:

• The easiest way to secure a room before anyone else is for one person to book the whole room up front and collects the money from each player. This option can be booked as normal from the signup page. Once you've paid, simply email us with the usernames of everyone to be sat within that room and we will assign the tickets.
• Or everyone can book normal BYOC tickets individually and once you have 18 or 24 in your group, email us with the usernames and we'll give you access to the rooms if they are still available. If you can't quite find the full numbers, you may want to ask around in Discord to see if anybody else wants to join.
