The shuttle bus is a hop-on-hop-off service running during the times listed below. It will loop continuously during those times. The current location will be available in a dedicated channel in the EPIC.LAN Discord server, the location only services as a guide, if the bus is full it will need to return to drop everyone off and resume the route. 

Please ensure that you are outside the entrance to the venue/hotel as the bus approaches as it is not allowed to wait at the hotels due to parking restrictions.

Route timetable will be published prior to the event. Note that this is not an on-demand service, please ensure you are at the waiting point at the times published on the timetable, especially if you have scheduled activities (e.g. tournament matches). 

Price

£30 (inc VAT - whole event price), individual journeys not available. 

Tickets can be purchased in advance by adding the additional service on to your booking. 

You will be given an additional wristband on check-in which must be worn at all times and you should show this to the driver when boarding each time. Replacement wristbands will be charged at full price.
