The minimum guaranteed prize for this tournament is £1000 + tickets/discount to another epic.LAN event in 2011. epic.LAN is underwriting the tournament prize fund which is not reliant on commercial sponsorship, any sponsorship arrangements will then be used to boost prize pots for both the main tournament and fun tournaments at the event. Should 13 or more teams enter, the prize fund will be increased to £1500.

We ask that winning teams remain to the end event prize giving ceremony which will be at 12pm Sunday 27th unless absolutely unavoidable.

Prize Distribution

The prize money for 1-12 teams entering will be split as:

• 1st Place - 75% (£750) + 6 full epic.LAN event tickets
• 2nd Place - 25% (£250) + 6 epic.LAN £20 off discount vouchers

The prize money for 13-16 teams entering will be split as:

• 1st Place - 75% (£1125) + 6 full epic.LAN event tickets
• 2nd Place - 25% (£375) + 6 epic.LAN £20 off discount vouchers

Prize Payment

Teams Remaining Until Prize Giving

Prize money will be paid by BACS or PayPal to details provided by the Clan Leader by the end of the event. The Clan Leader is then responsible for the fair distribution amongst the team.

Teams Leaving Before Prize Giving

Prize money payment will be initiated by BACS or PayPal within 7 working days after the end of the event to details provided by the Clan Leader. The Clan Leader is then responsible for the fair distribution amongst the team.

Event Tickets

Event Ticket prizes will be paid by discount voucher, redeemable according to normal epic.LAN terms & conditions through the event booking system. Discount vouchers will be created and distributed to the Clan Leader within 28 days after the event.
